Returns and Exchanges 

When you’re happy, we’re happy. Life is Good stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return your merchandise by following the easy steps below. Life is Good also offers exchanges. 

What is your return policy? 

  • If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 60 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition. 

  • Please note- Pre-paid return labels and the option to exchange your item(s) is valid for USA orders only. 

How do I process a return or exchange? 

  • Need to set up a return or exchange? No problem.  It is easy! 

  • Since we’ve recently switched to a brand-new website, we’ll first need to identify the system where your order was originally placed.

    • If your order number starts with “4,” please click here

  • Please follow the prompts to receive a Free, printable, pre-paid USPS shipping label. Love it, but need a different size, color or style? Please follow the prompts to exchange your item for a different size, color or style.  

  • Refunds are for merchandise values only and the credit will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt to the original form of payment. Pre-paid return label is valid for use for USA orders only.  The option to exchange your item(s) are valid on USA orders only.  

  • In the event that you purchased an item that was on sale (and no longer is), or if we shipped the incorrect item (sorry!), please call our customer care team and we will be happy to honor your discount on a new order.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that? 

  • Simply click here . Click on Return a gift. You will be issued a store credit to Lifeisgood.com for the value of the merchandise. 

How long does it take to get a refund? 

  • We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of the package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement. 

What is an Instant Exchange? 

  • Want to get your exchange right way? No problem. Select instant exchange on the exchange summary page before you submit your exchange request. You will be asked to enter a credit card and we will authorize the card for $1.00. We will hold that authorization for 20 days after your set up the return. After we receive the return item/s, we will then release the $1.00 hold on the card. In the event we do not receive the return item/s, then we will charge the card for the full value of the exchange order. 

What is Shop Now? 

  • Our shop now feature lets you exchange an item that you purchased for any product or products in our webstore.  How cool is that? We’ll also throw in an extra $5.00 to put towards your new purchase! 

  • When you enter your order number and shipping zip code, select the item you want to exchange, add the reason for the exchange, and then select the “exchange for a new item” button. You will then see that you can shop now, with your new credit value (the value of your exchange, plus an extra $5 just for you). 

Canadian Orders 

  • Canadian orders can be refunded or exchanged, however shipping costs to Lifeisgood.com and back out will be the responsibility of the customer
