Shirt or rash guard?

"The sizing of this is big and baggy which is not ideal for wearing in the pool or water. I prefer a rash guard to be fitted and snug. My husband also didn't care for the ivory color (seemed dingy to him). I also thought the fabric was thin and wouldn't be ideal when wet. We returned it."
