"Purchased this a month ago--was given the run around for weeks. UPS finally filed the package as lost after I (not LiG) filled out the form; Life is Good has yet to refund me despite me contacting them many times. Life is Good, please do not comment on this and tell me to contact customer service; I have done this many times. You've either told me sorry there is nothing you can do or not responded at all. Don't try to make it look like you care about your customer service at all."
