The Life is Good Kids Design-a-Thon 

Terms and Conditions

 

1.  Sponsor

The Life is Good Good Kids Design-a-Thon (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by The Life Is Good Playmaker Project, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

 

2.  Eligibility

The Promotion is open to U.S. residents only. Void where prohibited. All artwork and information must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a child under the age of 18. Sponsor will not accept submissions directly from anyone under the age of 18.

 

3.  How to Participate

The Promotion begins on May 4thth and ends on July 3rd.

 

Parents may participate in the Promotion by:

  • submitting online registration information
  • agreeing to the required Consent, Release and License, as well as these Terms and Conditions
  • uploading their child’s artwork

 

No purchase is required, and no prizes are awarded. This is not a sweepstakes or contest.


4.  Artwork Guidelines

All submitted artwork must be original and may not include any copyrighted material, trademarks, logos, or third-party content. Artwork that is, in Sponsor’s opinion, offensive, obscene, or inappropriate will not be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any submission at its sole discretion.

 

5.  Use of Submissions

All submitted artwork is subject to the Consent, Release and License, which governs Sponsor’s rights to use submissions for product, marketing, promotional, and fundraising purposes. Submission does not guarantee that artwork will be used, displayed, or reproduced.

 

6.  Support of Sponsor

100% of the net profits from purchases of the Promotion products will support The Life is Good Playmaker Project, Inc. The Promotion is intended to comply with all relevant Commercial Co-Venture Agreements.

 

7.  Privacy 

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and the permissions granted by the parent or legal guardian. Sponsor will not accept (i) any information directly from individuals under the age of 18 or (ii) any personal information (such as full names, phone numbers, or addresses) pertaining to individuals under the age of 18.

 

8.  Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, submission failures, or unauthorized third-party use beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

9.  General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at its discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to reject or remove any submission at any time. All decisions of Sponsor are final.

 

10.  Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
