Best customer service

"I love life is good shirts. They r comfortable soft and washable. No one needs to sell me on them. I would like to say that Heather at the kitty hawk store in nags head was fantastic with customer service for me. I purchased 2 shirts for my husband size L. I went home to Williamsburg and they were too small. I called her and she said they had 1 in xl but the other could be ordered online and was in stock. I told her I would come the following week to return and exchange. As we were pulling out of the driveway I received a phone call that my father in law had a fall and was on his way to the hospital. I called heather and she said no problem and I would come the next week. I was unable to because of my father again. My neighbor was going so she did the return for me. I ordered 3 shirts online and Heather did the return for me. She was very helpful kind and a great employee. You don’t find people anymore that care about their job. She was great. She deserves some recognition. I hope you acknowledge her."
