"I have to share how pleased I am with Life is Good products. I recently purchased 3 long sleeve shirts. The material is quality, and the writing is clear. In short, I am proud to give these as gifts. I did have an issue with one shirt. I ordered the wrong size by mistake. Elle in customer service listened to my problem and quickly and cheerfully went to work to resolve my error so I would get the correct size in time for Christmas. She went above and beyond what most people would have done. She approached her manager with a plan and got approval. I was so happy that I would be getting the correct size shirt in time for Christmas. She deserves special recognition. Her customer service skills are superior. I also want to that Life is Good for their understanding and willingness to work with me. Dealing with them has been a pleasure, They truly care about the quality of their product and care about their customers. Thank you Life is Good and Thank you Elle. Merry Christmas to you all.
